Our jewelry is durable and sturdy. However, accidents do happen from time to time, we offer 30 days warranty after receiving your orders. Please report any defected merchandise within the warranty period. We’ll gladly provide you exchange for the same style free of charge. (**Please note that items must be in their original condition and cannot be worn or altered.) Please contact us to obtain Return Authorization before you sent back the defected merchandises. if we’re out of stock on the exact item you wish to exchange, we will provide store credit toward your next purchase. Refund is not permitted at all time.
